This is DURVT.
We guided teams. We helped people have better conversations.
We saw people learn and take responsibility.
And yet something kept coming back.
Progress held as long as there was attention.
As long as someone kept opening the conversation.
But when the pressure shifted, so did the behavior.
Not because people weren't capable.
But because it hadn't been structurally embedded.
Over the past years, our perspective has shifted.
The problem wasn't skill.
And it wasn't willingness.
It was governance design.
As long as behavior has no permanent place in daily work,
it remains dependent on whoever picks it up.
DURVT has grown with that insight.
No longer as an intervention.
But as a way to embed behavior structurally into the work itself.
